To date our CNC MACHINE WORK CELLS include 19 modern machining centers complimented by high speed machining and 'on the floor' tool path programming. All materials and mold components are of high quality aluminums, hard copper alloys, crucible steels and 400 series stainless steel coupled with industry standard components.
We make use of an automated tool crib system that restocks automatically; meaning, CNC machine time is fully utilized with tooling at hand.
QUALITY CONTROL
MOLD INSPECTION is charted using a cmm applied throughout the manufacturing process, and upon mold completion. A MOLD MANUAL containing dimensional reports and all current mold engineering is sent with the completed molds. All molds or mold components have digital pictures kept on file at shipping and receiving. Digital pictures are also used for project status and component part assessment.
ALL MOLDS CARRY A ONE YEAR WARRANTY COVERING MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
